Mark Turner
FOUNDER
Mark started his journey to becoming an established home builder in 1986. He has spent over 30 years perfecting his craft earning his Carpentry Journeyman Certification, Drywall Journeyman Certification, as well as the coveted Master Builder Certification. Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project and takes pride in delivering high quality homes that are beautiful and functional. His hands-on approach and commitment to excellence have earned him a reputation as a trusted expert in the custom home building industry. In Mark’s free time you can find him busy in his workshop, relaxing at the golf course, or playing with his grandchildren.

Mike Vera
CONSTRUCTION
Mike is a highly experienced construction site manager with over 16 years experience in the industry. He has a proven track record of successfully overseeing and delivering over 500 homes in a wide range of construction projects including; row housing, single family, infill properties, custom homes, and acreages. Mike is natural leader and is known for his excellent communication skills, which enables him to effectively manage and motivate a team of contractors, and other stakeholders. In Mike’s free time you can find him on the golf course, walking his dog Annie, or playing with his two beautiful daughters.

Lynda Picado
SALES & MARKETING
Lynda has spent the last twelve years of her career focused on becoming the integral part of the homebuying process she is today for her clients. She started her career as a New Home Sales Professional and fast realized how much she enjoyed helping people design and plan their new home. After seven years, she became an expert on the building process and achieved her New Home Sales Professional Certification.
Five years ago, Lynda also achieved obtaining her license as a Mortgage Broker. She is now able to offer home financing to fully inform her clients on not only the planning and building process, but also the financing needed to purchase a home.
Whether you are looking for a quick possession home that has been designed for you by our talented in-house design team or if you want to start at the beginning of designing the perfect home, Lynda will be there to knowledgeably answer all your questions.
